Mark Merry—A Bloomington Mortgage Banker You Can Trust!
With 12 years’ experience as a Mortgage Banker, I completely understand the home buying process from start to close. I service Bloomington and the greater Minneapolis area.
Bloomington offers the perfect modern blend of leisure and style because it is situated so centrally. It is so close to Minneapolis and St. Paul and yet amidst beautiful scenic lakes, woods and hills. With a population of over 90,000 and covering 38.3 square miles, Bloomington is Minnesota's third largest city. It is also known as the "City of Hospitality." Together with its close proximity to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and over 25 hotels totaling 6,200 sleeping rooms, Bloomington is a haven for travelers.
One of Bloomington's most well known attractions is the massive Mall of America—the nation's largest shopping and entertainment complex. The 4.2 million square foot, fully enclosed structure is anchored by some of the country's finest retailers, including Bloomingdales, Macy's, Nordstrom and Sears, plus over 400 specialty shops. And there’s fun for the kids too! The Park at Mall of America, a seven acre enclosed theme park, and Underwater World provide fun for the whole family.

Bloomington is served by Bloomington Public Schools ISD #271. This district not only serves traditional students, but also has a comprehensive adult education program. In fact, there are more adults registered in the district than children.
Bloomington is also the home of the world's first virtual high school: Mindquest, which has students enrolled as far from Minnesota as India through the internet.
