Burnsville

Mark Merry—A Burnsville Mortgage Banker You Can Trust!

With 12 years’ experience as a Mortgage Banker, I completely understand the home buying process from start to close. I service Burnsville and the greater Minneapolis area.

Once a rural community of mostly Irish settlers, Burnsville is now the tenth largest city in the state with over 60,000 people. It is conveniently located within 20 minutes of both St. Paul and Minneapolis, and within 10 minutes of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Burnsville is also in close proximity to Mystic Lake Casino, Valleyfair Amusement Park, the Mall of America, Canterbury Park, the Renaissance Festival, and the Minnesota Zoo.

Burnsville has developed a strong, balanced economic climate while maintaining an exceptional commitment to protecting natural resources. Award-winning schools, 1700 acres of park land, and life-cycle housing options provide opportunities for those of all ages to feel at home in Burnsville. "A Good Place to Grow" is the slogan of this southern suburb, where careful planning and zoning have resulted in balanced growth and high quality of life.

Burnsville Center is a regional shopping center located at the intersection of I-35W and I-35E at County Road 42. The mall, spanning over 1.2 million square feet, is anchored by Marshall Fields (formerly Dayton's), Sears, JC Penneys and Mervyns and has 160 specialty shops.
